About us

Ethical and legal use only

Our courses teach security testing for defensive and educational purposes. You agree to use what you learn only on systems you own or have written permission to test, and only in the labs we provide or other legal environments. Unauthorised access to computer systems is a crime in India under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and in most other countries. We may end your access without refund if you misuse our material or labs, and you alone are responsible for how you use what you learn.

Enrollment and payment

• Prices are listed in Indian rupees on the Pricing page and are for the whole plan. The price confirmed to you in writing when you enroll is the one that applies.
• Enrollment is handled by our team over WhatsApp or the contact form; there is no online checkout. Your access begins once your payment is confirmed.
• Plans are non-refundable unless you buy the optional ₹500 money-back guarantee at enrollment. See the Refund Policy.

Tools store

• Devices in the Tools store are sold with online payment only (no cash on delivery), and delivered within India only.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and include any applicable taxes. The price at checkout is the one that applies.
• Each order pays only the highest single delivery charge among its devices, and delivery is free once the order reaches the amount shown in the store. See Shipping & Delivery.
• Devices are never refunded; a damaged, defective or wrong item is replaced as explained in the Refund Policy.

Your access

• One account per person. Your account and course access are personal: don't share your login, course links or files with anyone else.
• We may suspend or revoke access to an account that is shared or used to abuse the site, our labs or other students.
• Course content is shared as links to material hosted by third parties, such as YouTube, Google Drive and Notion. Their own terms also apply when you open it.
• “Lifetime access” means access for as long as Hackerscorn continues to offer the course. If we ever stop offering it, we will give you reasonable notice.
• Mentorship sessions are subject to scheduling and availability.

What we do and don't promise

• We do not guarantee jobs, placements, salaries, or that you will pass any external exam. Results depend on your own effort.
• Our certificate of completion is issued by Hackerscorn. It is not a government or third-party certification.
• CEH® is a registered trademark of EC-Council. Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Wireshark, Nmap and the other tools named on this site belong to their respective owners. We mention them only to describe what our courses cover; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

AI assistant

The chat assistant on this site is powered by AI and can make mistakes. Treat its answers as general guidance; prices, plans and policies on these pages and what our team confirms in writing take priority.

Our content

Lessons, videos, labs, text and design on this site belong to Hackerscorn. You may use them for your own learning, but you may not copy, resell, or publish them without our written permission.

Liability

We work hard to keep the site and courses accurate and available, but we provide them “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a problem comes up, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it. Otherwise, courts in Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal, have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect plans you have already paid for.
