Where we deliver

We deliver within India only. Checkout checks your PIN code first and tells you if our couriers can't reach it yet.

Couriers

Parcels are booked through Shiprocket (which uses couriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC and Xpressbees) or directly with Delhivery, whichever suits your address best.

Dispatch

We pack and dispatch paid orders as soon as we can, usually within 1–2 working days. You'll get an email with the courier name and tracking (AWB) number when it ships. Delivery usually takes 2–7 days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Delivery charges

• Each device shows its own delivery charge on its page.
• An order pays only the highest single delivery charge among its devices, not one charge per device.
• Delivery is free when the order reaches ₹2,000 (after any discount code).
• Payment is online only; there is no cash on delivery.

Tracking

Follow your parcel on our tracking page with your order ID (like HC-1042) or the AWB number, or from the private order link in your emails.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Record an uncut unboxing video when you open the parcel. If the parcel is broken or the device is defective or wrong, send the video within 24 hours of delivery from your order page; once we verify it, we replace the item. Devices are not refunded or returned; see the Refund Policy.
